Who operates the service
Liber Creative LLC operates the LIBER infrastructure used by this Jericho Alliance channel. Contact nvberegovykh@liberpict.com for access, correction, deletion, privacy concerns, or a lawful request. This notice applies to the profile, declaration, and negotiation services described here; the general LIBER privacy notice also describes account services.
What is saved
A profile contains your chosen display name, community, avatar choice and random artwork seed, visibility settings, declaration consent, timestamps, and verification status. LIBER sign-in supplies your account identifier and confirmed email. We do not ask you to enter immigration case details, a Social Security number, your home address, or an identity document into this portal.
When document verification is activated, Stripe Identity collects the document and matching selfie directly under its own notice. This channel keeps the verification-session reference, result, and, when provided, verified name and date of birth for optional private sharing. It does not store document images or biometric templates. You can use a self-declared profile without completing document verification.
Public by choice
A QR or JAP lookup reveals only the profile’s status and reference by default. If you opt in, it also shows your display name, community, and avatar. Your email, legal identity details, and private negotiations are excluded from public lookup. A 27-digit JAP number is issued only after a successful live identity check.
Access passes share only the fields you select with the confirmed email you specify. They expire after one hour, 24 hours, or seven days and can be revoked sooner. We record their purpose, recipient, expiration, and access count. Someone who already received information may retain a copy; revocation stops further access through this service.
PICT records and artwork
PICT here means the Jericho channel on LIBER’s existing account and cloud-record network, alongside REVEX. Optional avatar collectibles are unique, nontransferable application records with one owner. They are not mints on an external public blockchain. Receipts link successive changes by a hash and timestamp; they provide a service-maintained history, not decentralized consensus or an independent legal certification.
Your selected portrait and random seed are artwork. They are not used to infer your face, ancestry, identity, or other personal attributes.
Negotiations
Negotiation records are accessible to their two participating LIBER accounts and service operators. Invitation links are secrets: send one only to the intended representative. Each participant accepts the same starting record through their own account. A correction is hidden from the other participant until both have submitted. After that checkpoint, both see the corrections, terms, unresolved issues, and decisions.
These records are encrypted in transit and at rest in Google Cloud, but they are not end-to-end encrypted. Account-authenticated actions do not establish a representative’s legal authority, constitute a qualified digital signature, guarantee a binding agreement, or replace independent advice. Avoid including unnecessary sensitive information.
Retention and control
Your profile remains until you close membership. Closing removes the profile’s personal fields, revokes its lookups and shares, and requests provider redaction when applicable. A minimal closed-reference record prevents an old credential from becoming valid again. Provider references may remain until redaction is completed. The underlying LIBER account is separate.
Access passes and invitations become unusable at their expiration and are then removed by an automatic cleanup policy. Negotiations expire one year after their last recorded action; both participants should export records they need to retain. Closing one participant’s membership does not erase the other participant’s negotiation record. Change receipts expire after one year. Short-lived rate-limit counters expire after one day. Automatic physical deletion may take additional time; expired records are blocked immediately. Infrastructure logs and backups follow the underlying service’s retention settings.
Purpose, requests, and safeguards
Data supports voluntary membership, identity verification when requested, consent-based sharing, security, and negotiation records. Direct database access is blocked; the server checks account identity, membership, and the requested action. The service does not sell profile information or publish identity dossiers.
Agency and legal requests require review of the requester, scope, authority, jurisdiction, and applicable notice requirements. An email address alone does not prove agency authority. The access-pass feature records a member’s voluntary disclosure; it does not automate compulsory disclosure or certify an agency. Contact the operator for lawful requests or complaints. International use remains subject to local law and each recipient’s acceptance rules.
Your choices
Participation is for adults aged 18 or older. You can change your profile, turn public visibility off, revoke access, export data, or close membership in your profile. Contact the operator if you cannot access these controls or need to contest a verification result. Material changes to participation terms require renewed consent.
