Our presence
We, the undersigned, freely associate as Jericho Alliance, with Volchok as a founding community in New York. Inspired by the Declaration of Independence of 1776 and its affirmation of human equality, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, we join in peaceful fellowship, mutual aid, and responsible service.
Our covenant
We uphold the Constitution of the United States and the applicable laws of every place in which we live and act. We honor freedom of conscience, expression, peaceful assembly, and petition, together with due process and equal protection. We respect personal boundaries, lawful property and tenancy rights, and the dignity of every person.
Our common work
We commit to care for families, assist people facing hardship within our means, preserve ecosystems, encourage art and scientific inquiry, and pursue clean energy and useful work. We accept responsibility for our actions and seek fair, timely resolution of disputes and immigration proceedings through lawful institutions.
Our association
Participation is voluntary. Communities may join by informed agreement, subject to applicable law and the rights of all affected people. Written bylaws shall provide accountable leadership, transparent stewardship of common funds, fair membership procedures, an opportunity to be heard, and a right to leave. Property participation requires lawful authority and respect for existing obligations.
Our identity and stewardship
The Self-Identification Procedure and Jericho Alliance Profile shall support private membership and consent-based verification. Personal records shall receive appropriate protection, limited access, correction procedures, and lawful retention. Any PICT network record shall minimize personal data. Disclosures shall follow applicable law and valid authority.
Our constitutional course
Any aspiration to become a State shall proceed under Article IV, Section 3, including consent of Congress and, for territory within New York, its legislature. Statehood, citizenship, immigration status, travel authority, and public powers arise only through the competent legal processes. We adopt this declaration as our voluntary community covenant.
In witness of our free agreement, we set our names below.
Each member’s acceptance is recorded separately through the Self-Identification Procedure. Organizational filings and official recognition remain separate legal processes.
