Universal Negotiation Protocol

The recovered author concept in LIBER's research proposes one representative per side, a protected negotiation chamber, an agreement space controlled by its participants, one correction round, neutral terminology, professional evaluation, and an independent agency accepted by the sides.

The research's proposed operational interpretation adds a common starting record, simultaneous reveal of corrections, a frozen package, separate acceptance or refusal, and fresh consent before another round. This workspace applies that sequence to a two-sided, facilitator-entered record. A complete formal UNP specification was not located in the cited research.

Keeping a position, withdrawing, and closing with unresolved disagreements are supported outcomes. Expert advice informs the discussion. Each party retains its own choice and access to applicable legal remedies. Existing court orders and legal deadlines require separate attention.

Using the workspace responsibly

The page holds entries in memory and provides file export and import. Exported files contain the entered information in readable form. Use a trusted device and share files deliberately. Imported entries are unverified and should be checked with the participants. No case data is placed on PICT or any blockchain by this version.

A voluntary process depends on meaningful choice. Where safety, coercion, or a substantial power imbalance prevents free participation, seek a suitable independent service. New York Courts describes mediation and neutral evaluation and provides information about community dispute-resolution services.
